Attendance & Participation

Members expected to attend all sessions, arrive prepared, and actively participate in discussions.

1st meeting April 11th, 12:30-5:30p HST SBA / Operation HOPE Office One Main Place Wailuku, Maui Hawaii. (In the social security office) Members nominate presentations by self-care experts. February and March monthly meetings will prepare you for the first in-person event.

Important Guidelines

Changes

Any member may propose changes with majority vote. (Dates, Formats, Time et al)

New Members

Must be nominated by a founding member and win a majority vote

Commitment

Excessive absences can result in removal from group with majority vote

NOTE: The Facilitator has the duty to protect the best interests of the mastermind group, its purpose and mission. They can VETO any decision if it protects the integrity and success of the group.

Communication Channel: Facebook, WHATSAPP, Email. It is the members responsibility to check regularly.

Meeting Dates & Times: Until further notice monthly meetings will be on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 12-130p HST. This can be voted on for changes.

First Monthly Meeting: February 11th l 12-1:30p HST l 90 minutes | Be prepared to share: Best Things, Biggest Challenge, Top 2-3 to-do's. Until further notice monthly meetings will be on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 12-130p HST. See WhatsApp for reminder and a worksheet link to prepare for the meeting.

First Bi-Annual Meeting: April 15th l 1:30-5:30p HST l 4 Hours l We will hold a special goal setting session prior to our in-person meeting. Invites will be sent out Feb 11th at the monthly meeting.

Participation: Missing more than 1 in person or 2 monthly meetings will initiate a member status vote by the group.

New Members: Founding members are MPOWER Cohort graduates and they or the facilitator can nominate new members. The vote must be the majority and it requires the final approval of the facilitator - without exception.

Confidentiality Oaths: Shared during every meeting and signed by each member.
